Rooted in faith and family values, Kristin approaches real estate as stewardship — restoring homes with purpose while building a legacy alongside her children. From property acquisition and budgeting to design decisions and final details, she is deeply involved at every stage, ensuring each home reflects quality, resilience, and care.

Karson Rosado is a co-founder of Rosado Living LLC and plays a key role in shaping the company’s business mindset and long-term vision. With a sharp eye for opportunity and an analytical approach, Karson is involved in property evaluation, renovation planning, and hands-on project execution.
